Caribbean Climate May-July outlook newsletter

From May through July 2016, the weather is expected to be ..visit Caribbean Weather May-July

SUMMARY OUTLOOK:

From May through July 2016, we expect above-normal or normal temperatures throughout the Caribbean, which will become increasingly
uncomfortable.

We further expect the drought to gradually alleviate across the region. Problems related to water shortage in households and agriculture should disappear in many places.

However, the wet season may start abruptly in May. This means that rains are expected to often disrupt outdoor activities.

Finally, as extremely wet spells may occur, a serious potential for flash flooding is developing.

As always, you are able to download all outlooks from the CariCOF ftp site ftp://63.175.159.29/CariCOF/CariCOF_outlooks/
