Sweet and Sour Curry Dip
Makes 1 ¾ cups
This is a good dip for raw vegetables.
Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy;
½ lb. tofu, mashed 1 Tbsp. curry powder
¼ cup oil 1 ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp. vinegar
¼ cup mustard
